About Coaching
Coaching is a partnership that will inspire you to achieve maximum results personally and professionally. My goal is to listen, provide support, offer resources, and nurture my clients' unique gifts. My coaching practice works in accordance with the International Coaching Federation code of ethics.
Career Coaching
It’s very likely that a lot of your family’s energy has gone into your spouse’s military career. You make yet another move, the dust settles, and you wonder, “What are my career goals?” But you’re not really sure.
Maybe you just need some support to discover what career to pursue, what opportunities are available, how to network, where to apply, and how to update your resume. That’s what career coaching is all about—together, we discover your career passions and create a realistic action plan to move closer to that career each day!
Career coaching sessions can take place in person for clients in my geographic area (Central Connecticut) and over the phone or through internet VoIP technology for clients stationed anywhere in the world.
Life Coaching
What lies between your ideas and the implementation of your ideas: clarity, a realistic action plan, and the support of your very own coach to keep you moving, even when you just feel like quitting. My goal is to help you so you don't let fear get in the way of your dreams. Through assessments, coaching sessions, and a customized action plan, you’ll reach your personal and professional goals much more quickly than if you attempt to attack it all on your own.
Assessment Services
I use a full range of assessments that provide objective information about my clients. The information I gather helps my clients by enhancing their self-awareness—and it provides a benchmark for creating coaching goals and evaluating our progress. I am certified to administer several different assessment tools; I use them in my personal coaching sessions and in some of my workshops. Assessment packages are included for my long-term coaching clients, and I always complete a thorough debriefing of the assessments so clients can make practical use of the information.
